The Great Chalfield 10K
Congratulations to Fiona Price of Avon Valley Runners who retained her title at the Great Chalfield 10K and also to Max Hazell of Team Bath AC who led the 85 strong field home in a winning time of 35:38.

Max Hazell of Team Bath AC led from the start to take a victory in the second running of the Great Chalfield 10K and finished nearly three minutes ahead of second placed Tom Gurney from Broughton Gifford and Ricky Lee from Wiltshire Police.
In the ladies race Fiona Price of Avon Valley Runners retained her title gained at the inaugural running of the race and set herself a new personal best time of 42:04 over two minutes ahead of club mate Julia Green and third placed Fluer Ross Harris of Broughton Gifford.
Other awards went to: 1st MV40 - Richard Hudson of Avon Valley Runners; 1st MV50 - Sean Butler of Avon Valley Runners; 1st MV60 - Martyn Mathews from Corsham; 1st FV40 - Sue Hall from Corsham; 1st FV50 - Julia Skailes; 1st FV60 - Moira Terwey of Gauteng, South Africa.
